Each participant is required to purchase a Conference Ticket.   Conference tickets (and applicable kit fees) are paid in full at registration. Meals & lodging will be reserved directly through Ridgecrest Conference Center.

Conference Registration
(Early Bird Registration Opens April 1, 2020)
  • 4 Day Registration: $495 (includes 3 full workshop days + all conference sessions & activities.)
  • Additional kit fees may apply depending on the workshops you choose.

Meals & Lodging
(Opens April 1st, 2020 - DO NOT CALL RIDGECREST BEFORE THIS DATE)
  • All attendees are requested to stay onsite at Ridgecrest Conference Center during the conference.
  • Your meals and lodging package must be purchased separately through Ridgecrest Conference Center once registration opens, you have paid and have a confirmed registration receipt.
  • If you want a roommate, you need to coordinate that on your own. Gathering of Artisans will not be coordinating roommates. If you would like a roommate but don't know anyone that's coming, we suggest posting on the Facebook Event Page for Gathering of Artisans 2020.
  • Lodging​ at Ridgecrest
    • Rooms Range between $75 - $125 per room/per night depending on your room choice
  • Meal Package at Ridgecrest
    • ​$118 includes all meals Thursday Breakfast through Sunday Breakfast
  • Ridgecrest will collect a $25 Campus Usage fee for commuters

Spouses & Family
Gathering of Artisans is a special weekend. Sometimes couples or families may want to travel together but we encourage this only if everyone is registered for the conference. Otherwise, it can become a burden on the participant instead of a blessing with regards to conference schedule, workshop attendance, meals, evening worship sessions, etc.

Because this event will fill to capacity and there is limited space for attendees, we encourage spouses who are attending to be fully registered as a conference participant if they would like to attend.  There is no special rate for spouses or family members.

*We do not offer payment plans. All registration fees are due upon registration. Meals & lodging fees are payable directly to Ridgecrest Conference Center and require only a deposit to reserve your room.



Refund & Cancellation Policy 
Gathering of Artisans conference registrations are non-refundable.  Conference registrations cannot be transferred to another event, however, they can be sold or transferred to another participant by July 15, 2020.  All conference registrations sold or transferred to another person must be handled through our registration system. There will be a $25 fee to transfer a registration to another participant. ​Please note:  If you purchase a conference registration from another participant, you will not be able to change the workshops selections.  All conference registrations are sold AS IS.  In the event we are forced to cancel Gathering of Artisans for any reason, your conference registration will be refunded via a check (this does not include any meals, lodging and/or travel arrangement that you made in order to attend the conference).  
Meals & Lodging Options
Gathering of Artisans 2020 will be held at the beautiful Ridgecrest Conference Center located in Black Mountain, North Carolina. With spectacular views and cool mountain breezes, this facility is a retreat in itself! Hotel-style lodging is available with all lodging packages. Each room includes comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Below are some examples of the lodging accommodations. More specific details about accommodations can be found here.

Mountain Laurel
Ridgecrest's deluxe guest accommodations. The building is located behind Johnson Spring with ample adjacent parking. From Mountain Laurel covered walkways lead you to Johnson Spring, Pritchell and the Dining Room.

Pritchell
Ridgecrest's most central facility. Pritchell offers guests maximum convenience to adjacent Spilman Auditorium and the main Dining Room. A large fellowship area provides rocking chairs, game tables and television.

Ridgecrest's dining room offers three nutritious buffet-style meals daily and is centrally located within Rhododendron assuring attendees a very short walk from virtually every lodging venue.

​If you have any dietary restrictions, please notify Ridgecrest when purchasing your meal ticket.  Ridgecrest Conference Center will accommodate special dietary needs.

Clouds is a beautiful, comfortable coffee shop onsite for your enjoyment.  Also, the Nibble Nook is a great place to grab a snack or late night meal.
